About KatDog
This majority female-owned company was founded in 2020 by Kate McFerren, Christopher Commons, and soon joined by Meghan Commons in the company’s establishment. The name “KatDog Studio” was created to emphasize the two founder’s yin & yang workflow and personality differences.
From concept to final delivery, KatDog brings polish and efficiency from the team’s commercial backgrounds as well as the determination and vision of the indie film world. With connections throughout the industry, the company pulls in a talented roster for each project. The team’s collective goal is to put the creative vision at the forefront, elevating the work to new levels.
